After the initial setup or after applying changes to the configuration, the new configuration has to be applied. This requires many steps and obviously something can go wrong which results in a blank screen after starting Topicus KeyHub. Although the Appliance Manager automatically reverts to the previous configuration The most common causes are the following:
Certificate not trusted by browser
Certificates are strange and complicated and can be the cause for some seemingly unidentifiable issues. One thing we found helpful is checking whether your web browser accepts the certificate you want to use for Topicus KeyHub. It's one thing to have a valid certificate, it's another thing for the browser to accept it as well.
Make sure that the firewall allows traffic to Topicus KeyHub.
